| Customer Reviews: As advertised. March 8, 2008 Steve Main (Castro Valley, CA USA) The chair is fairly small. I'm 5'9" and 200 lbs and it works for me. My 280 lb neighbor is too wide to fit between the arms.
Another reviewer complained that the ottoman does not massage the soles of the feet. That reviewer must not have read the booklet, because it explains how to position the ottoman for the bottoms of the feet and it works great. Granted, you can't do the soles of the feet and the calves at the same time, but when I've got both the ottoman and the chair massaging me, I'm not sure I'd want a concurrent third point of stimulation.
My only complaint is that I wish the massaging device would extend further (push harder) around the neck when using the programmed massage. But when using the manual controls I can adjust things to compensate.
My eight year old son enjoys the chair, too, but I do keep an eye on him when he's in it because the massage rollers push pretty hard and I imagine they could cause a bruise or a strain if someone wedged a foot, hand, or arm in the wrong place.
Good vibes February 10, 2008 Vince E. Wells (Fort Washington, Maryland) The worst thing about this chair is the little plastic wheels are brittle. I sit down daily and allow this chair to woo me. It is real nice to come home and relax with a massage when I want. This is a great buy.
